ONLINE BOOKINGS (BIRTHDAY PARTIES)
WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
When booking online you will be asked for 50% deposit ( this is non- refundable ) please see our cancelation policy
You will then receive a confirmation email from ourselves to advise we have received your booking,
We will then contact you to confirm your birthday girls details (age, name, party size) .
Once we have confirmed details, we will also send you a link to our Mini Madams printable invite which you can send to all your party guests.
We will also attach our consent form & COVID questions which parents of all guests need to complete prior to the attending.
PHONE BOOKINGS (BIRTHDAY PARTIES)
WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
When booking over the phone, we will confirm your birthday girls details (age, name, party size) and take a 50% booking fee to secure your appointment. Once we have confirmed details, a printable invite will be sent for you send to all your party guests alongside our consent form which parents of all guests need to see prior to the attending .
To secure parties, we take a 50% booking fee. This fee is non refundable ( if we can accommodate a change in date we will move the party date )
7/10 days before your party date, we will contact you to take full balance due, and confirm details and if any changes to your party.
Payments are non refundable but we will do our best to move the date or transfer the payment onto a spa day or workshop . If the party can not go ahead due to government restriction or if guests have to isolate we can offer the following options. 1. We can host a virtual party for all your guest via ZOOM ( these are great fun and we did lots during lockdown ) 2. We can offer spa days to the guests on the same date and time. 3 We can look to rearrange the party to an alternative date.
