WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
When booking online, you will make a 50% card payment to secure your appointment.
You will then receive a confirmation email from ourselves with important information regarding your visit.
You will receive a Pre-spa day consultation phone call to ensure your visit is as safe, smooth and magical as possible.
PHONE BOOKINGS (BIRTHDAY PARTIES)
WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
When booking over the phone, we will confirm your birthday girls details (age, name, number of madams attending) and take a 50% booking fee to secure your appointment within this phone call we'll also give you a full consultation.
BOOKING FEES
To secure parties, we take a 50% booking fee.
Please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment of any changes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For Day Spas, our cancellation period is 48 hours. If you wish to cancel within the 48 hours, we cannot refund your booking but will do what we can to work with you on rearranging the date.
