Thank you for booking a Mini Madams virtual Spa Party. We are super excited to bring all our magic and sparkle to you in this incredibly unique way. To help everything go smoothly we need you to read our step by party prep guide. If you have any questions you can email us on info@minimadams.com
Step 1 – Confirmation:
One of the team will call you within 24 hours of you making a booking, to confirm the date and time of the party. We will also confirm number and names of guests of guest and get all the birthday girls details. We will arrange a time for you to collect the spa party kits from our store. This will be a non contact collection, if you would like us to deliver there will be an additional charge.
Step 2 – Zoom Zoom:
Once the date and time is confirmed we will send you an email which will contain a ZOOM meeting ID and party password. We will also send you a E-invite that you can send to your guest along with their pre-party check list.
We suggest you download Zoom https://zoom.us/ as soon as you can. The link we send you will not be active until 15 minutes before the party is due to start. but it is better to download it earlier. Ask all your guest to have it downloaded a few hours before the party starts.
Step 3 - Avon calling
Drop off the spa party kits to your guests , you can add on kits but we need at least 2 days notice.
Step 4 – Its all in the prep
In addition to what we supply in your spa party kits, each party requires you to have some additional items to join in the activities in (these will be listed on the E-invite)
Find a space with lots of room so you can lay out all the items you will need. We do advise that you cover any table or surface with a tablecloth or even a bin bag.
Step 5 - lets get ready to party
Time to login and have fun, this is a brave new world for all of us. So please be patient if we have any technical glitches. We promise our party host will deliver a party full of sparkle, positivity and everything you would expect from a Mini madams party.
