In the week when we were looking forward to celebrating our 2nd birthday, we are sad to announce that to protect all our Mini Madams and the staff who care for them; we must close our doors inline with recent COVID-19 guidelines.
We are doing this with a heavy heart knowing that we are disappointing those who have bookings with us . This is such a difficult time for everyone , a time when we need to look after our health, our families and our communities.
Remember, we're all in this together and we cannot wait to be back sprinkling magic around.
Safeguarding our staff and our business is foremost for us but equally we also want to be considerate to our customers. We promise no payments will be lost. All appointments can be rescheduled when we reopen and we will be adding on some free extras by way of welcoming you back. ( please note the following )
Spa day bookings will need to be rearranged within 2 months of us reopening. All of these bookings will receive a free day spa add on (options are on our website for you to choose from
Party bookings will need to be rearranged within 12 months of the original booking date. We will add on free party loot bags (worth £5 each) for every guest.
Workshop/event booking can be transferred to any of our events within 2 months of us reopening. We will add on a free loot bag for each child.
